Australia Day was spent by the water at a free Aust Day Brekky that was put on by a local council. We have been going for the past 3 years & I think that was our last. It starts at 7.30am & we got there at 7.20am and already you couldn't move it was so crowded. All the shady spots under the marquees were taken so luckily we took along our pop up tent & camped to the side of the stage. The only line up that was moving was for the pancakes, so at least we were able to feast on some cooked flour & water. Xander of coarse wanted to line up for a snow cone, and that was 45mins in the making. So yes, next time I really do think that a quiet BBQ at home won't go astray...
