Week 31
Well, we had quite an interesting Monday. All set to go to his first swim class and then whoa, Xander scratches his birthmark and I tried a multitude of things (like breast milk) to stop the bleeding & couldn't. So up to the new doctor as the one I had been seeing since I was ten has unfortunately closed down. Of coarse by the time I got Xander there, blood was caked all over his poor little face. It looked allot worse than it was & they placed algasite on it (seaweed based) to help stop the bleeding. It was a miracle! Since then we have changed the dressings and today was the first day that we have had it off, I just hope it doesn't get knocked during his sleep!
