We've been trying to get Xander an apprenticeship at Matt Moran's Aria restaurant, but they keep knocking us back saying things like 'he's too young'... and 'we already have many other people working for us who can crack an egg with one hand'... ...excuses - excuses! (yes that is Shaun's hand ready with a spoon JUST incase there is a bit of rogue shell...)
