Cynthia and I took Xander to the Art gallery today for 'toddler Tuesday'. They spoke about pictures and paintings and if the person painting them were trying to tell us that it was a hot day or a cold day. They then did a collage with hot or cold colored paper. After wards we walked around for a while looking at sculptures and talking about everything we saw. He really liked the huge pelican sculptures near the fountain. I decided to brave the Museum and we quickly went in for a squiz. By the time we finally got home, he was very overtired and he was very convincing that he was not, under any circumstances, going to have his usual midday nap. So, needless to say, my afternoon was quite eventfull!
