Sunday arvo we all went to the Powerhouse to take Xander to see his first live gig. It was "David McCormack" + "Gentle Ben & His Sensitive Side". Gentle Ben was up first and Xander loved it, he did not want to move from his possie and was mesmerised by seeing someone play the drums and strum a guitar up close instead of seeing them on rage (music video show) on the weekends. I now think we will have to do a bit more research and try to take him to see some sort of instrumental band once a month. I've never seen someone so fixated on watching instruments being packed away... Hopefully he now realises that EVERYONE packs away their own things once they've finnished with them...
