Hi there, and welcome to the first blog for 2009! Christmas was wonderfully hectic, my birthday was nice and quiet and Xander is learning the fine art of toilet training. He has been wearing undies during he day and nappies still at night time and has the occasional poo accident. There are a couple of kids at daycare learning at the same time, so it's good for them all to encourage each other.

Xander got a music set for xmas from his nana. The other day he gave me the cymbals to play & I was doing it gently as Cynthia was sleeping. He saw what I was doing & as he frowned he said "NO MUMMY.. like this, I show you!" and he proceeded to bash them together and then handed them back to me. I nearly fell off my chair laughing!
